Salvatore - Alessandro - Domenico - Amandine - Andrea
Salvatore (AKA Totò) is a chef by profession with 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry (kitchen, service and management) in Italy, France and Switzerland. He comes from Puglia’s Salento region, one of the most beautiful parts of southern Italy, known for its endless sunshine, delicious produce and typical recipes.
Alessandro (AKA Sandro) manages various companies in different sectors but is passionate about the restaurant industry, hospitality and Italian service, as well as produce from the Italian Peninsula. Alessandro is originally from Ticino but his heart belongs in Southern Italy.
Andy II Napolinato
Andrea (AKA Andy Il Napolitano) is a passionate self-taught cook. He has come to join us straight from Naples where he worked as a chef in various well-reputed establishments. Andrea packed his suitcases to come and join us on this adventure and we love the lightheartedness and sunshine he brings to the kitchen.
